The Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Public Legal Records and Related Services (AJPES) lists 31 August 2026 as an important reporting deadline for certain companies and organisations.
The deadline applies to the submission of audited annual reports for companies and other organisations that are subject to this obligation and whose financial year corresponds to the calendar year.
For entities subject to sustainability reporting requirements, 31 August is also an important deadline for submitting the relevant sustainability information as part of the annual report.
The deadline does not apply to every Slovenian company. Businesses should therefore verify whether they fall within the relevant reporting requirements and ensure that all necessary documentation and procedures are completed on time.
